If you register for full paper, please pay attention that open access is essential for ACM publishing house. The registration fee does not include APC. You need to pay extra APC if you want to publish your paper. The fee will be charged by ACM separately. For conferences publishing in this new model, all ICBDT papers will be published Open Access (OA). 注册费不包括APC。如果你想发表你的论文，你需要支付额外的APC。费用将由ACM单独收取
Important update on the new ACM open access publishing model for ICPS!
ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library, unless one of their co-authors' institutions is a member or they qualify for a waiver. To determine whether or not an APC will be applicable to your article, please follow the detailed guidance here: https://www.acm.org/publications/icps/author-guidance.
For 2025, ACM is subsidizing APC pricing for ICPS as follows:
- The 2025 subsidized APC rate for ICPS papers will be $350.
- For papers where any of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC rate will be $250.
- For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a lower-middle-income country, the APC rate will be $175.
- For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a lower-middle-income country and where any of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC rate will be $125.
- For ICPS papers whose corresponding author is based in a low-income country, no APC is required.

Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST author. Additional paper precondition: The registered author should be the first author in both papers.
Registration Cancellation Policy
If the participants request cancellation and
refund due to personal reasons, the following
refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of
payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of
payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no
refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made
formally via email. No shows will not be
refunded. The organizing committees is not
responsible for problems beyond our control such
as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel
difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc.
* The organizing committees reserves the right
to change the dates and place of the conference
due to force majeure.
* The losses thus incurred from the force
majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds
policy shall not apply as well.
